Job Summary
Our Wellness & Benefits Administrator will manage organize organizational wellness activities and assigned benefit programs. This role reports directly to our Health & Welfare Benefits Manager and will be a key contributor who coordinate initiatives at our headquarters location as well as assisting with company-wide initiatives. This position will implement and monitor programs and process to assure effective administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage our wellness vendor and communicate to our employees all Wellness events, requirements and challenges.
Manage the video portion of our benefits open enrollment communication with our third party vendor.
Provide excellent customer service to active and retired employees as it pertains to their health and welfare benefits.
Responsible for updating benefits for participants in our HRIS system and performing periodic audits to ensure the data in our system is correct. Verifying the benefit carriers maintain the correct data in their eligibility system.
Administer ancillary benefit programs. Employee relocations, tuition reimbursements, unemployment administration, long term disability, and double matching gift program.
Conduct employee benefit meetings during open enrollment or at other times when benefits are being added or revised.
The ability to perform basic report writing skills from HRIS systems from ADP or other HR systems.
Required Skills
1 to 3 years of event or wellness management, and/or benefit administration experience
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Proven problem solving skills
Passion for wellness programing and self driven
Time management skills
Presentation skills
Four year college degree in business or related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
HRIS knowledge
Full-time
