We are currently seeking an Associate Director, External Workforce Management
Responsibilities:
Drive commercial and contractual negotiations with IT vendors to establish contracts that provide value and help ensure alignment with short and long term financial and risk parameters
Manage operations for contractor requests, as well as onboard and offboard the contingent workforce
Develop strategic direction for IT vendor portfolio and provide leadership based on business requirements, key partnerships, and financial benefits
Design and manage operational processes for requisitions, negotiations, contracting, and financial management and reporting for IT vendor portfolio
Manage IT relationship with onsite IT vendor to optimize leverage of managed service offerings and leverage to drive efficiencies and additional value in supplier portfolio
Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal service to help ensure efficient collaboration on contracts and purchases
Qualifications:
Minimum ten years of progressive sourcing and vendor management experience focused on external workforce management, including performance management, vendor management, contract negotiations, and off-shoring involving geographically disperse teams in multiple organizations information systems experience supporting office technology and desktop support
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Experience negotiating with external vendors and understanding of business drivers for vendors and business value for firm with prior experience in negotiating enterprise level deals with staff augmentation vendors
Successful track record in improving programs in resource development departments including process re-design, organizational design, performance measurement, and program launch
Proven track record of driving outsourcing and related resource management strategies and plans to accomplish defined business goals with success negotiating with both internal and external groups to gain alignment with sourcing strategies and resolve conflicting priorities
Ability to build collaborative environments, teaming cultures, and customer service mindset with ability to understand business issues and processes and to articulate the business context and relevance sourcing work efforts

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
