We are currently seeking an Associate Director, Business Analysis
Responsibilities:
Manage and guide counselees in eliciting, gathering, documenting and communicating requirements for multiple, concurrent efforts; provide guidance on application of processes and act as subject matter expert to drive technology solutions for the business
Lead, understand, support, and contribute to Analysis Services strategy; seek Leadership buy in; generate and contribute new ideas/enhancements and garner feedback on department to increase team competency
Support and guide counselees' understanding of Analysis Services process and context within IT; seek opportunities to communicate/negotiate with other IT groups, representing the department in discussions with management
Support and guide counselees' use of provided tools; seek ways to increase group competency
Support and guide counselee communications to IT and sponsors; responsible for communicating updates and department information to Executive Leadership
Identify need for improvement or new skills within department, and create action plan to address; support and guide counselees' assessments of effort needs and complete business analysis deliverables; synthesize and coordinate efforts across the IT portfolio
Qualifications:
Minimum eight years experience managing multiple concurrent work streams of business analysis and leveraging best-suited methodologies and practices
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Experience leading and managing requirements gathering for large programs and/or products required
Experience as a manager of direct reports
Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment skills
Experience in creating and utilizing pivot tables and access databases; functional prototyping tools (e.g. iRise, Axure, etc) and Agile methodology preferred; CBAP/CCBA certification preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
