As a member of the Membership Team, an Advisor's goal is to provide members and prospects with a complete fitness experience by presenting them the best membership options, genuine advice and honest direction and motivation to help them succeed in their fitness quest. Product knowledge, effective sales skills and integrity are critical for the Advisor to deliver on a daily basis. An Advisor must be committed to the members, reliable to his/her co-workers and be a self motivated, organized and detailed individual.
The following is a list of the duties and responsibilities associated with a Membership Advisor atTHE GYM:MEMBERSHIP RESPONSIBILITES: - Handle telephone/email inquires - Greet and tour all Prospects - Follow-up on all Prospect tours - Implement Prospect tracking system - Reach Prospect-closing percentages - Convert day passes to memberships - Proactively recruit members - Lead company in sales production - Reach established membership quotas - Assist with service integration with Fitness Department PROMOTION
Responsibilities: - Assist with the development of marketing strategies - Assist with internal and external promotions - Be active in the community, charity and fund raising events STAFF
Responsibilities: - Be proficient in operational protocols. - Be proficient in premier customer service. - Attend scheduled meetings. - Supply reports as requested. - Know all facets and services of the facility.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
