Right now, we are seeking a
Sr. IT Project Manager.
The Sr. IT Projcect Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of multiple large complex projects Displays business acumen reviewing and understanding the business requirements as well as the technology requirements Possesses good understanding of project management methodologies and technologies as they relate to business needs Coordinates across project team to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of all assigned projects that satisfy customer expectations
Key Responsibilitites:
May manage exempt and non-exempt project management personnel Assigns and manages activities of multiple project teams, including research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit.
Monitors and evaluates project progress, maintains project documentation and provides status communications to team and stakeholders
Understands matrix management relationships and issues facing the business and information technology that affect performance and delivery
Performs duties and makes complex decisions and recommendations under limited supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures and exercises a moderate to high degree of independent judgment.
Mentors and acts as a consultant to other project management resources
Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery a huge asset
Experience managing projects in eCommerce and/or Payments domain a strong plus
