Perform administrator functions for multiple technology tools.
Participate in and manage the testing activities including test plans and defect resolution.
Comprehend the business objectives, challenges, strategic direction, and technologies by working with stakeholders and technical resources.
Write Functional Requirements/Specifications.
Elicit, gather, document, negotiate, and communicate requirements effectively.
Present to project team, stakeholders, sponsors, and Executive Leadership, as needed.
Seek and build relationships to enhance delivery and to better understand, identify, and work through issues across the practice.

)JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience or a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following:
Designing technical documents for software products using Visio, Unified Modelling Language (UML), Excel and Azure; Utilizing Power-BI, Alteryx and Selenium tools; Utilizing SQL Query and UML Modeling technologies; Analyzing new tools to improve business analysis process and software development life cycle efficiency; Troubleshooting applications built on Microsoft Windows using SQL server and C#; Evaluating and implementing methodologies, including Scrum and Agile; and Utilizing Team Foundation Server (TFS), TeamCity and Azure DevOps tools.
Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 10%.
