Ferolie team in our Montvale, NJ, location! We are looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Help Desk Support Representative to join our team on a temporary basis.
This position provides valuable hands-on experience in IT support and requires a commitment to set hours each week.
Hours of Operation:

30 pm (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) Target Duration:

$20/hr What You Will Do:
Assist in providing technical support to employees.
Respond to help desk requests and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
Support user account maintenance, password resets, and basic IT training for employees.
Document help desk requests, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with the IT team on projects and initiatives as directed.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with a sense of urgency and empathy to the affected user.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
