The primary focus on assisting our leadership team with talent acquisition efforts with filling several senior - mid level positions across our organization.
The ideal candidate will need to have an understanding of our company's needs pertaining to finding personnel and have the possess the ability to create job descriptions and posting to attract the right talent We are seeking Candidates that are proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Leading our talent acquisition efforts via outside recruiters, direct talent outreach, Linkedin, job boards (Indeed Zip Recruiter etc) Develop sourcing plans to attract top talent while building a network of candidates for our open positions Review resumes, screening candidates, conducting initial video calls to prospective candidates, scheduling follow up meetings etc.
Effectively communicate with candidates and oversee the entire selection process from start to finish Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employment agreements.
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
Provide general admin support, as well as assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
