Summary:
As an Assistant Property Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient management of an organization's assets.
You will work closely with the Property Asset Manager to ensure that all assets are effectively monitored, maintained, and optimized to achieve organizational goals.
This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, data analysis, and communication with various stakeholders.
Key
Responsibilities:
Property Asset Monitoring and Documentation - Assist in maintaining accurate records of all company assets.
Data Analysis - Collaborate with the Asset Manager to analyze data related to asset performance and utilization.
Generate reports on key performance indicators and present findings to support decision-making.
Risk Management - Assist in identifying and mitigating risks associated with asset management.
Participate in the development of strategies to minimize asset-related risks.
Compliance and Regulations - Stay informed about relevant regulations and real estate industry standards related to asset management.
Ensure that all asset-related activities comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Communication - Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders, including departments relying on specific assets.
Protocol Procedures - Enhance each department's protocols, procedures & trainings.
Technology Utilization - Utilize asset management software and tools to track and manage asset information efficiently.
Contribute to the improvement of asset management systems and processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Background in finance or bookkeeping preferred.
Proven experience in property asset management or a related field.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions based on financial analysis.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelors Degree in a related field Experience in areas related to asset management, real estate finance is beneficial.
