Responsibilities:

Manage referrals efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are accurately recorded and communicated.
Conduct thorough assessments over the phone, gathering essential patient information for further processing.
Follow up with patients to ensure a smooth admission process and address any concerns or inquiries.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to provide comprehensive descriptions of our services and address any specific patient needs.
Schedule appointments for patients to visit the clinic, coordinating with both patients and clinic staff to ensure a seamless experience.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and admissions, utilizing appropriate systems and tools.
Actively contribute to the sales process by showcasing the value of our services and guiding potential clients through the admission process.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or admission coordination preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to conduct phone assessments effectively and with empathy.
Proficient in scheduling and coordinating appointments.
