Our client is a manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices.
They operate through two segments:
Electronic Instruments and Electromechanical.
The Electronic Instruments segment designs and manufactures analytical, test, and measurement instrumentation for the energy, aerospace, power, research, medical, and industrial markets.
The Electromechanical segment provides automation and precision motion control solutions, as well as electrical interconnects, specialty metals, and thermal management systems.

Essential Functions:
Must be able to read and understand customer blueprints/specifications.
Must be able to work using various inspection tools (i.
e.
micrometers, calipers, etc.
).
Must be able to keep and submit records of inspection results to Director.
Must interact well with production operators as well as production manager.
Must be able to follow written instructions.
ADDITIONAL
Responsibilities:
Use results of inspection to improve production processes.
Final audit/verification of product to be shipped.
Assist Quality Manager with calibration requirements.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Communicate effectively Good Math Aptitude Computer Literate EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING:
High school diploma or equivalent SPC training Product handling training 3 years prior experience in a QA/Manufacturing environment DEPARTMENT INTERACTION:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
